Century Meets New Lending Milestone – Completions to a total of £32.5 million in a Single Week.
Century Capital announce a record-breaking week as it was hot on the heels of their latest £100 million fund raise with NatWest.
All transactions were completed in the last week of March, topping off an excellent first quarter that exceeded all targets. The deals were spread over a true mixture of Century’s focused asset classes which included:
- A Prime Central London House.
- Two attractive boutique hotels in West London
- A Manor House in the country
- A small commercial investment in the City.
