Century Capital Appoints Award-Winning Senior Underwriter

Century Capital, a leading short-term lender, announced the appointment of Nikhil Shah as their new Senior Underwriter. With his extensive experience, Nikhil will play a pivotal role in enhancing their underwriting capabilities, delivering exceptional service to clients.

In his previous role as the Senior Underwriter for Funding 365, Nikhil successfully managed the loan process from enquiry to completion. He reviewed financial documents, credit histories, and collateral valuations to make decisive credit decisions.

His attention to detail and ability to assess risk accurately resulted in a successful track record of loan approvals whilst mitigating potential risks.

Nikhil won “Underwriter of the Year” at the 2022 B&C Awards, a testament to his exceptional skillset and professional achievements.

As the Senior Underwriter at Century Capital, Nikhil will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting process. This includes conducting thorough due diligence, and assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers. He will collaborate closely with brokers and direct clients, structuring tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
