Century Capital completes its largest deal to date, secured against a £30 million London townhouse. This sets a new standard for Century Capital who consciously start to emphasise larger ticket loans and lending on larger single assets, focusing on HNWs and entrepreneurs with a strong asset balance sheet but a lack of short-term liquidity.

These deals included a prime central London house, two boutique hotels in West London, a country manor house and a commercial investment in the City. This huge achievement comes after Century Capital’s £100 million fund raise with Natwest just weeks prior.
