Paul Munford Wins Most Promising Newcomer at the PROPS Awards!

Century are proud to announce that our CEO and Founder Paul Munford won the prestigious ‘Most Promising Newcomer’ at the 2024 PROPS Awards! Paul was ‘very humbled to receive this endearing recognition from the amazing PROPS Awards, especially from such a special charity.’

Hosted by Variety, the Children’s Charity and Martin Bayfield (broadcaster and former international rugby player) at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London on Thursday 27th June, the standout event in the UK’s property industry’s calendar recognises and celebrates individuals and companies who have excelled in the sector – whilst raising vital funds for the children and young people that Variety support.

Awards were up for grabs in 15 categories, in addition to the Lifetime Achievement Award which was awarded to founders of Topland Group (one of the UK’s largest privately owned investment groups), Sol, and Eddie Zakay – and they were honoured at yesterday’s awards lunch. From companies who have developed ground breaking initiatives and managed to stand out in the UK’s crowded property sector, to individuals who have‘ done it their way’ by founding and running their own company, and the next generation of extraordinary property individuals, the sixteen accomplished winners were incredibly worthy.
