Hat-trick of deals: Century take on Notting Hill

Century Capital has completed a hat-trick of deals in Notting Hill this week!

The deals were for three very different asset types:

• The first loan was for £700,000 for a trendy fashion boutique, valued at £1.1m.
• The second was for £1.2m for an established, international restaurant located on a buzzing street in the heart of Notting Hill’s restaurant scene. Valued at £1.9m.
• The final loan was £600,000 to fund the purchase of a beautiful stucco-fronted residential property worth £1.2m located in a Prime West London.

The three West London deals demonstrate Century’s commitment to the prime sector across multiple asset types. All loans were across multi-million-pound properties and all completed within seven working days.
