Century Capital have recently completed a £9.5 million 1st charge loan to fund the purchase of a notable new-build house, located on the prestigious Billionaire’s Row in Hampstead.
The iconic property, valued at £14.5 million, ticked all the boxes for the UHNW buyer with its excellent security, state of the art leisure facilities and elegant interiors by a legendary interior designer.
It was, until recently, the home of a high-profile England footballer. The current borrower is an ultra-high-net-worth property investor and founder of a thriving EdTech company. Billionaire’s Row is renowned for its high-profile tenants, and these two are no different.
Century secured and completed this loan during the final days of summer, finalising the process from application to approval in just under three weeks.
