Century Relocates to New Cork Street Address

On 12 July, Century Capital relocated to a new London address. Nestled amongst the prestigious art galleries of Mayfair, Century’s new headquarters are located at 2-4 Cork Street, W1S 3LG.

Their team has significantly grown since January, with seven new hires necessitating a larger office space. Featuring multiple boardrooms and meeting rooms, the new luxury space offers increased capacity to suit the business going forward.

Since their inception in 2012, Century Capital have expanded from a small, London based lender to a thriving company, completing loans on assets across England. Although prime central London retains its position as their stronghold, their new product offering Century PLUS targets mainstream markets nationwide, as the business continues to scale.

Century have recently restructured their senior leadership team, appointing Kynan Benjamin as Head of Lending, and Luke Navin as Managing Director in a strategy to drive further growth.
