The buyer, a discerning High Net Worth Individual based in Los Angeles, sought financing to settle the original loan upon its expiration. As the buyer’s income was predominantly tied up in foreign assets, Century Capital provided funds to pay the original loan. This granted the buyer valuable time to strategically market and sell the property, underscoring Century Capital’s ability to navigate complex financial scenarios. The loan will be repaid in full upon the successful sale of the property.
