Finance secured for an experienced London property developer investor on a complex mixed-use scheme

Demonstrating Century’s versatility, we recently completed on an £800,000, six-month bridge facility for a property investor in North London, taking 2nd charges over a total of four commercial units, six BTL flats, and a detached house. Whilst far from straight forward, with a multitude of licenses, ASTs, leases, and rolling contracts, we were able to take sensible views where necessary and deliver for the borrower, who was looking to consolidate a number of smaller loan facilities he had in place. The exit will come from a large inheritance due next year.
