Century Capital completes a 2nd charge bridge of £2.56M against a Grade 2 listed country estate

Century Capital has successfully completed a loan of £2.56M under a tight time frame, in order to redeem a loan facility with West One Loans.

The client was under extreme pressure to redeem the current loan facility and to allow further time in order to work with the local planning authority to approve major improvement works to the property.

Century Capital was able to provide the facility of £2.56M (65% gross Loan To Value) despite the planning issues faced by the client, in a very quick turnaround time.
