Century Capital Hosts a Successful Breakfast Briefing

On February 28th, Century Capital hosted a fantastic Breakfast Briefing at The Arts Club, in Mayfair. The morning consisted of a panel discussion, expertly led by renowned property speaker Russell Quirk. Rupert Collingwood, William Lloyd-Hayward and our Head of Lending, Luke Navin, navigated topical issues such as interest rates, market trends and the potential impact of a Labour government on the Prime property sector.

The Breakfast Briefing was heralded as ‘an incredibly well attended event,’ with Century Capital gathering esteemed guests reputed as ‘the great and the good of the Prime London Property sector.’ The tone was generally optimistic, with Century’s Head of Lending Luke Navin’s closing statements reminding guests of a shift in the industry: “Prices have been stagnant in London for some time. And the same can be said for the UK as a whole. Meanwhile, other major investment cities have seen prices climb. This means that London currently looks relatively good value to investors, especially from overseas. Given that London is seen as a safe place to park money, this apparent affordability is certainly going to drive investment into our market through 2024 and beyond.”
